i ve extracted a tooth before.

What do i do to stop tooth decay bcos i ve holes in my teeth and food paticles drop inside.?
the decay in your teeth wont suddenly go away so you will need to see a dentist to have them filled, if left they will get worse and you will have to have them extracted. the food particles getting trapped in them will just exasserbate the problem so you should get it seen to as soon as possible. merry christmas and good luck!

It sounds like you need to have the cavities filled and maybe have your teeth sealed to prevent any further decay.

Reply:if u have holes as in cavities, the only way is to get them filled, if u have natural holes know as fissures, they u can have them fissured sealed. make an appt with the dentist and discuss it with them
