If tooth decay starts 20 minutes after we eat, is it better 2 eat in less than 20 minutes and brush ur teeth?

The salivation caused by a normal meal makes it less harmful than eating smaller portions of say, desserts. You also need to consider the sugar content, which fuels the microorganisms on your teeth to break down the sugar and corrode the enamal on your teeth.

Don't rush your eating. And it's best to wait 15 minutes after you have eaten your last bite to brush your teeth. You wouldn't want to brush them right after you eat and you wouldn't want to wait too long either. Brushing is better for your breath too! But don't forget your tongue and ALL sides of your mouth!!! You might as well go all out. Your mouth deserves to be clean too!!!
