Reply:By going to the dentist and having your teeth cleaned at regular intervals. Also brushing your teeth regularly. One of those electric toothbrushes are really good. Also stay away from sugar.
Reply:Drink flouride water........brush often and most importantly FLOSS after every meal. The majority of cavities come from sweet food sitting on your teeth. This breaks down the enamel and causes decay. Also stay away from soda's that are sweet and surgar drinks. But if you must use a straw so that the sugar is not sitting on your teeth. That is why they say men have more cavities then women because we generally use a straw and the sugar does not sit on our teeth and break down the enamel.
Reply:Stay away from sugary foods and acidic foods.

Floss Daily

Brush 2x Daily

Rinse with Mouthwash Daily

All food will rot in-between your teeth so if you don't floss it doesn't matter how much you brush and rinse, you will still have food stuck in there and it will rot your teeth away.
Reply:Frequent brushing and flossing can prevent tooth decay.
Reply:each time u eat anything especially sticky n sweet items u must brush ur teeth with good tooth paste,so ur teeth r always clean from decaying besides morning n evening routine brushes everyday.if ur tooth is already decayed consult ur dentist asap either keep it or extract it.to my opinion extract it is better.
